Tracy Higgins

Tracy Higgins supports the Executive Director and Assistant Director in advancing strategic initiatives that strengthen research and workforce development, with particular emphasis on expanding broader impacts. She supports the integration of Rutgers research cores into experiential learning opportunities for students, faculty, researchers, and community members through the Platforms for Education and Research Cores program. She also facilitates the Chancellor Signature Initiatives Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship, which pairs rising juniors and seniors with faculty mentors for immersive research experiences. In addition, Tracy manages the Office’s digital microcredentialing application process.
