Bridging Minds is a conversation series from Rutgers–New Brunswick Chancellor Francine Conway exploring what becomes possible when we make the effort to better understand ourselves and one another.
Drawing on Conway’s background as a clinical psychologist and her work on mentalization, the ability to understand our own thoughts and feelings while considering the perspectives of others, the series brings together leaders and thinkers for conversations about perspective, connection, trust, and how we navigate complex challenges together.

Francine Conway, PhD is the chancellor of Rutgers–New Brunswick, the nation's 14th-ranked public university (U.S. News and World Report) and a member of the Big Ten Academic Alliance with more than 20 programs and schools in the nation’s top 20.
An internationally recognized clinical psychologist, Conway has made significant contributions to the field of clinical psychology, having treated children in hospitals and private practice for more than two decades.
